It is important for parking to be reserved for the truck within a proximity on the moving day within 20m of pick up and drop off point. Should this not be arranged, Transport Group Removalist  team will park at the closest points possible to the access on pickup and delivery and additional charges may apply.

The customer will be liable and required to pay for any fines that may occur to the Transport Group  vehicle if pre-arranged parking is not made by the customer.

 All parking requirements must be confirmed the day prior to delivery. 

Please notify our team if you have any items that are difficult or heavy to move (over 80kg) such as a Piano, Pool table, concrete/marble tables etc as we may refuse to move them if not notified prior to your move or additional heavy items fee may apply.

Please notify our team of any stairs to avoid difficult access charges on the day.

Please provide me with a list of your inventory as this is a necessary requirement for your moving day. It also provides you with a GUARANTEED rate and ensures sufficient space is allocated ahead of your move.

Doing so will ensure sufficient space is allocated for your move and avoid any extra charges on the day and avoid paying for two trips.

Any fragile items such as TV, statues, glass mirrors etc must be bubble wrapped and boxed correctly protected by customer. We recommend the use of shrink and bubble wrap.

Bubble wrap is an additional costs if supplied by the Transport Group Removalist team on the day.

The client with the removalist must review all inventory unloaded prior to sign off to confirm there is no issues or damages upon completion of the move. 

Accidental damage insurance during loading and unloading is not included as part of your move and we highly recommend that you take out your own insurance.

MOST of our trucks are fitted with tail lifts or ramps. Please advise us upon booking your move if you require a ramp or lift for your job to be completed successfully.
